Have you had a chance to look at Highrise yet and see how it compares? Looks like a fairly cut down version of the full CRM service that something like ACT offers but still looks interesting.

I heard of it, but never really had a good look at it. Will put it on my todo/view list. We’ve just started using vtiger for our CRM needs. It’s not bad at all for free open source product.
