		<description>If the last year is anything to go by then I am pretty sure you will reach your targets Jamie - 500 readers sounds like a huge challenge but you have some great content and if the other members of your team can contribute half as much as you have then you have a winning formula!

I am still putting off looking at my own blog stats but I certainly need to give some thought to a growth and development strategy so I may be tempted to take a peek at Google Analytics.
