How Good Is Your Business Blog Site (Part Two)

Last month I talked about how you could use Blog Juice to measure the popularity of your business blog.
Blog Juice Calculator claims that it can rank your blogs site popularity by counting the number of links to your site from various web search engines and blog search engines that relate to your business.
Terinea Tech Tips scored a massive 0.2 last month so lets see what it’s up to this month…
0.1 improvement on last months 0.2 score. Well I suppose it better than nothing!
Blog Juice measurement comes from the popularity of how many times your site is mention (linked) in blog directories such as Technoratic and Bloglines. It also combines the Alexa ranking to form a basis of it’s Blog Juice Rating. If you’ve not registered your web site with Alexa I sugguest you do so at http://www.alexa.com.
Another way to measure the popularity of your blog and provide some useful stats is Performance…
- Most popular pages
- Number of hits
- Most popular categories
- Comments
- Location of visitors
- etc
You also get blog ranking based on other blogs that have registered with Performance.
